This is the Alfa Romeo MiTo Live, the latest in a long line of special-edition Alfas.
This one is limited to 250 units, and features the Pioneer AppRadio system, which lets users connect to their smartphone’s apps through a seven-inch touchscreen.
The system connects to most current smartphones, and allows the user to access photos, videos and music, browse the Internet and use apps like Google Maps on the move.

The MiTo live also features a specially developed Bose stereo that includes nine speakers and a subwoofer.
Aimed at 17-25 year-olds, the Alfa Romeo MiTo live sits in insurance group nine, and will also be offered with the option of Marmalade ‘black box’ telematics-based insurance. Alfa claims this can cut premiums by up to 50 per cent.
However, Alfa Romeo hasn’t added whether the AppRadio system can be placed in a safe mode to prevent its use on the move, or a volume limit for the stereo, like Ford’s MyKey system, which may prevent novice drivers from becoming unnecessarily distracted when driving.
The MiTo live is powered by Alfa’s 85bhp 875cc TwinAir petrol engine that returns a claimed average of 67.3mpg and emits 98g/km of CO2. That means the car qualifies for zero road tax and exemption from the London Congestion Charge.
All cars come in Alfa red and feature contrasting gloss black roof, door mirror caps and door handles. A set of 17-inch alloys is also included.
Prices start at £16,590, although Alfa claims that the car will be made available with “competitive financing packages on hire Purchase.” These start from zero per cent, albeit with a 45 per cent deposit required.
