Audi has announced a number of updates that will be implemented across the Q4 e-tron and Q4 e-tron Sportback range for the 2022 model year. These changes will upgrade the Q4 e-tron’s infotainment system, and make improvements to both rapid-charging times and connectivity.
Every Q4 e-tron will be capable of 135kW charging, decreasing the time it takes to top-up from five to 80 per cent by around 10 minutes; to 29 minutes for the Q4 40 e-tron and 36 minutes for the Q4 50 e-tron with its larger 76.6kWh battery. Meanwhile, its infotainment setup will be bolstered by a larger 11.6-inch display.

The Audi Q4 e-tron line-up is separated into four specifications called Sport, S line, edition 1 and Vorsprung. The most affordable variant comes as standard with LED headlamps, gloss black window surrounds and aerodynamically efficient alloy wheels which were developed to decrease the amount of turbulent air around the car’s wheel arches and cut drag.

S line cars are priced from £43,115. Upgrades over the base-model include 20-inch alloys, privacy glass, slightly much more aggressive bumpers and Audi’s singleframe radiator grille, which is common across its entire range of S line cars. The trim also adds sports suspension to lower the Q4 e-tron’s ride-height by 15mm.
